Quickcheck Smoke Alarms is looking for an Administration Assistant with a strong customer service focus to join our team to support the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Quickcheck’s Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to: Answering phones, first point of contact/reception duties, data management, preparing reports, maintaining appropriate filing systems, providing support to our employees, assisting in daily office needs and undertaking our company’s general administrative activities. A positive outlook, excellent organisational, oral and written communication skills, time management skills and the ability to prioritise work are a necessity.
