As they continue to expand, they are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and play a key role in building new relationships and expanding market share.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll take a consultative approach to identifying client needs and presenting tailored lighting solutions. Your day-to-day will involve developing new business opportunities, delivering engaging presentations, and driving sales across architectural and electrical sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across commercial channels

Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to final delivery

Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, developers and contractors

Conducting industry research and market analysis to inform strategy

Collaborating with internal teams while maintaining autonomy over your pipeline

What We’re Looking For

Proven background in B2B technical sales, ideally within lighting or related industries

Confident presenting to decision-makers, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently and proactively generating leads

Strong understanding of the commercial building and design process

Well-organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

A natural problem-solver with a professional, client-first mindset

What’s on Offer

Base salary between $100K – $120K
