What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities
Onboard & empower new customers: Lead new clients through a smooth onboarding process, training and upskilling them on every Flicket feature so they hit the ground running.
Ongoing account management: Be the proactive partner for our event organisers. Schedule regular check-ins, provide support and best practices, and ensure they’re leveraging all that Flicket has to offer.
Drive customer success & retention: Serve as a trusted advisor who is obsessed with client success. You’ll keep customers engaged and happy, making sure they achieve their event goals and renew with us year after year.
Ensure seamless event execution: From planning to showtime, you’ll be by your clients’ side (sometimes literally!). Leverage your live events know-how to help them deliver smooth, unforgettable experiences using Flicket – no hiccups, no headaches.
Upsell and expand accounts: You’re always on the lookout for ways to add more value. Spot opportunities to introduce clients to new features or services, and work with them to expand their use of Flicket (and crush those upsell targets while you’re at it).
Metrics-focused success management: Track and report on key metrics like customer retention, platform utilisation rates, and NPS scores. Use data to celebrate wins and to strategise where we can do even better for our clients.
What You’ll Bring – About You
Events industry expertise: You have a strong background in live events (think event operations, ticketing, or venue management). You know what it takes to orchestrate a seamless event and can speak the language of event pros.
Account management & customer success experience: You’ve managed B2B client relationships and driven customer engagement before. Guiding users to success and spotting growth opportunities is second nature to you.
Top-notch communication skills: From event coordinators to C-suite executives, you can build rapport with anyone. You’re a proactive communicator, an active listener, and a problem-solving partner all in one.
Upselling savvy: You’re not just about maintaining accounts – you have a nose for new opportunities. You can identify client needs and pitch solutions in a way that feels consultative, not pushy.
Data-driven & results-oriented: Retention rates, adoption metrics, NPS – you get it, you track it, and you use it. You thrive on meeting targets and constantly improving the customer experience using real insights.
