About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and driven Account Manager to join our team and bring our customers experiences to the next level. You will maximise customer retention and cultivate revenue by delivering key account management to AutoPlay’s existing customers. The Account Manager represents the face of AutoPlay and takes overall ownership of communication with each client via email, phone and face-to-face. Extensive training will be provided in the AutoPlay platform.
This role is remote and open to applicants from all over Australia!
Your main responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with allocated Dealer accounts including a prescribed number of phone calls and face to face visits – as required by the business to support customer retention goals.
Work to established customer service KPI’s designed to ensure we deliver high quality, regular service to all our customers
Understand the key relationships within each account and work to develop these.
Provide second level ownership of all accounts to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service – directly or via Support team – and minimise client churn.
Measure usage and drive knowledge of functionality and features to all end users, ensuring customers are aware and adopt new functions.
Ensure new client training/account management process is scheduled and followed for all Sales Pipeline customers.
You will have:
Legendary people skills: you will thrive on building rapport and building trust
Experience in a customer success, account management or equivalent role
Strong understanding of Automotive dealerships and their sales processes
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills (on phone and online meetings)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
A high level of motivation, commitment, and energy
A positive, hardworking attitude, with a good sense of humor
Intermediate Microsoft office suite applications skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
