Salary: $85,000-95,000 + super + car + phone + laptop
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join one of Australia's largest and most iconic food brands.This role is critical to our sales team and involves managing key national accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day activities for various accounts, including large accounts food accounts
Customer Communication: Maintain and enhance customer relations, acting as the main point of contact.
New Product Development (NPD): Participate in projects aimed at launching new lines of business.
Business Reviews: Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs), both in-person and online.
Internal Collaboration: Liaise with Product Teams, Project Managers, and other National Account Managers to ensure smooth operations.
Account Management:
Manage day-to-day account needs efficiently.
Oversee stock through various sales channels, including quality control of presentation onsite/online.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, engaging with senior decision-makers and influencers.
Take ownership of customer relationships by setting strategic and tactical plans.
Provide excellent internal and external stakeholder communication and service.
Develop an understanding of customer business and operations, as well as their future market strategies.
Set joint business plans with customers for the next 6-12 months.
Evaluate product mix, GP margins, product range, and buyer characteristics.
Generate and share data-driven insights.
Align category offers with market trends and profitability targets.
Understand the totality of the sales process and sales velocity to meet sales goals.
KPIs and Daily Activities:
Effective management of customer communication.
Successful launch of NPD projects.
Quality presentations at QBRs and ABRs.
Efficient collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Creative, driven, and motivated with solid sales experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a National Account Manager or Account Manager role.
Must have experience in food or food related industries
