A fast-growing SaaS company with a strong footprint in the ANZ market is looking for a strategic Account Manager to manage and expand a diverse portfolio of customers. Backed by an active acquisition strategy, this is an opportunity to grow with a business that’s building real momentum.

What you’ll actually be doing:

  • Managing a book of business including several of the businesses’ strategic accounts
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across a suite of B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in a hybrid environment (approx. 2 days a week in the office or on the road seeing customers).
  • Use tools like Salesforce to track performance and drive insights.

Now, what they’re looking for:

  • Proven SaaS Account Management experience (must-have)
  • Demonstrated success with renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Exposure to multi-product SaaS environments (nice to have)
  • Confident managing large portfolios of customers and key enterprise accounts
  • Experience using Salesforce (a bonus)
  • Top notch organisation skills and ability to follow and improve process
  • Must be able to work at least two days per week in Sydney office
