About You

You are:

· An experienced Property Manager ready to take charge of our operations in Darwin, NT

· A proactive leader with proven expertise in Property Management and Sales for at least 5 years

· Up to date with relevant legislation and compliance standards in the Northern Territory

· Holder of a Class 1 Licence

· Passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

· A mentor and team builder with proven experience managing and growing high-performing teams.

You also possess:

· Advanced Property Management knowledge.

· Trust Account experience and attention to detail.

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· A solution-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude.

About the Role

As our person on the ground, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Northern Territory operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Customer Excellence: Deliver top-tier service to new and existing clients, handling complaints and disputes professionally.

Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and grow a team of Leasing Consultants and Sales professionals.

Compliance & Operations: Ensure adherence to all legal and compliance requirements, oversee trust accounts, and prepare for audits.

Rent Roll Oversight: Supervise and grow our rent roll while maintaining exceptional standards in Property Management services.

Sales Growth: Support the development of a dynamic sales team to expand their success and our business.
