Realmark is seeking a motivated Property Manager to join our team in a remote style role, looking after a Karratha Portfolio. You'll have the luxury to work from home and regularly travelling to Karratha to connect with clients, collaborate with the on-site team, and manage your portfolio on the ground.

- Able and willing to work from home and have a suitable office setup
- Available to travel to Karratha for onboarding stay for 3 weeks
- Willing to travel to Karratha every 6 weeks for 1-week duration
- Flights, car & accommodation provided when in Karratha

About the Position

This is not your standard desk-bound property management job. With the backing of innovative systems and a tech-savvy team, your role will focus on relationships and results. You’ll manage your portfolio autonomously, with the support of our seasoned leadership team and be part of a high-achieving, collaborative culture.

You’ll be required to:
- Cultivate strong relationships with landlords, tenants & contractors
- Work independently with a high level of self-discipline
- Use checklists and systems to drive outcomes
- Embrace structure and innovation
- Contribute to a connected team, even from a distance

About You

You’re someone who wants to grow, lead, and be part of something bigger. You’re reliable, confident, and driven — and you’re not afraid of travel or hard work.

You will need to:
- Current Property Management Registration or Unrestricted Registration
- Have a current driver's licence
- Be computer literate and tech-savvy
- Work autonomously and manage your time effectively
- Show initiative, resilience, and attention to detail
- Be ready and willing to travel without exception
