About the role

In this position, our ideal Property Manager will manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the satisfaction of both landlords and tenants.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

conducting property inspections & coordinating maintenance/repairs

marketing vacant properties and managing the leasing process

optimising rental yields through strategic rent reviews & portfolio management

complying with all relevant legislation/regulations (incl. tenancy agreements and landlord responsibilities)

maintaining comprehensive property records + providing detailed reports to landlords

building/maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential (Northern Territory residence highly preferred)

Min. 2 years residential property management experience (preferably in the Northern Territory market)

Current Agents Representative & Drivers Licences essential

Sound proficiency in property management software and technology

Knowledge of relevant real estate legislation, regulations & best practices

Excellent customer service and communication skills
