Your Key Responsibilities

Manage a Premium Portfolio – Oversee a select number of high-quality properties, ensuring maximum returns for owners and exceptional tenant experiences.
Team Leadership – Opportunity to guide and mentor any upcoming Junior Property Managers who may join the team
Business Growth – Proactively identify and secure new management opportunities through market knowledge and relationship building.
Operational Excellence – Implement efficient systems, maintain compliance, and use technology to streamline remote operations.

What We’re Looking For

Valid SA Real Estate License (essential)
Own reliable vehicle (required for inspections/meetings)
Proven experience in residential property management
Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a team and grow business
Excellent communicator – builds trust with owners, tenants, and colleagues
Organised & tech-savvy – thrives in a remote work environment
