Property Compliance Australia (PCA) partners with the Property Management industry to help keep residential rental properties safe and compliant with the latest smoke alarm legislation.
We proudly service some of Australia’s largest and most well known real estate brands and are now excited to announce the creation of a new Business Development Manager position based in Cairns.
Established in 2014, PCA is a privately owned Queensland company with a strong presence across the state, from Brisbane and Rockhampton to Airlie Beach and Biloela. We are the only smoke alarm compliance provider in Australia with a 5.0-star Google rating and over 4,500 glowing reviews.
With growing demand for our in field smoke alarm servicing, and the increasing uptake of our innovative True Integration software designed to automate key admin tasks for property managers we’re expanding. This is your opportunity to join a high-performing, values-driven sales team and help introduce PCA to more rental agencies across North and Central Queensland.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in Business Development or Sales, ideally with experience in the Property Management sector. If you’re driven, confident, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
A proven track record in achieving sales targets.
An ability to connect with people with strong communication skills.
Be highly organised with a positive and determined work ethic to achieve results.
A passion for delivering benchmark customer service standards
