About the role

As a Property Manager at First National Real Estate Alice Springs, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining a portfolio of residential properties. This full-time position is based in the vibrant town of Alice Springs, NT 0870, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's investment properties.

What you'll be doing

Effectively manage a portfolio of residential rental properties

Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and oversee tenant relationships

Market available rental properties, screen and qualify prospective tenants

Prepare and administer residential tenancy agreements and associated documentation

Collect and process rental payments, handle tenant queries, and address any tenancy issues

Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and comply with relevant legislation and regulations

Provide regular updates and detailed reporting to property owners

Collaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably in the residential leasing and property management sector

Strong knowledge of the residential tenancy legislation, regulations, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage tenant and owner relationships

Proficient in using property management software and relevant technology

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service

Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local area as required
