We are a locally owned and operated office, led by Principal Alison Ross, who brings over 26 years of real estate experience, including 24 years in the Katherine region. Our office is well-established, highly respected, and committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual who:

Holds (or is working towards) Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or equivalent property qualifications.

Has strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or real estate databases.

Is enthusiastic about working in a team environment and contributing positively to office culture.

Is eager to build a long-term career in real estate – training and development will be provided.

As a Property Manager, you will:

Manage a portfolio of rental properties in and around Katherine.

Work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure professional and compliant service.

Be supported by a team of experienced colleagues, modern systems, and streamlined processes.
