Title: Sales Lead – Spalding Teamwear & Balls

Spalding is one of the most iconic names in basketball. At IAthletic, we're proud to supply a dedicated teamwear and equipment range under the Spalding licence. We're now looking for a sales professional to take ownership of this space.

This is a newly created role within IAthletic’s sales team. You’ll be responsible for growing our Spalding business with smaller, community-level basketball clubs and associations throughout Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving new business and managing existing relationships.
- Selling both teamwear and basketballs under the Spalding brand.
- Working closely with our internal quoting, design, and production teams.
- Reporting to the General Manager Sales & Brand and collaborating with the broader sales team.

What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with 3+ years of sales experience.
- Someone who understands grassroots sporting clubs – especially in basketball.
- A person who is motivated by growth, ownership, and creating long-term value for clients.
