We’re Procon Materials – a fast-growing supplier and installer of high-end aluminium double-glazed windows across Australia.
We work with some of Melbourne’s most reputable builders and developers, and now we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative / BDM to join the team and drive our continued growth, taking the reigns directly from the founder and MD.

You’ll be given:

A strong pipeline of inbound leads (builders are already reaching out daily!)

A premium product with proven delivery and install capability

A flexible and performance-driven work culture

What We’re Looking For - MANDATORY

You’ve spent the last few years as a sales rep selling to builders – whether it’s windows, cladding, flooring, framing, nails, or any other construction product. You get the rhythm of the industry. You know how to speak a builder’s language and, more importantly, you’ve got the contact book to prove it.

You know how to:

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Convert leads into signed projects

Manage a sales pipeline and hit revenue targets

What You’ll Be Doing

Following up inbound leads from our marketing and estimating teams

Actively prospecting builders, site managers, and project managers

Visiting job sites and client offices across metro Melbourne (and sometimes interstate)

Working closely with our internal team to quote, scope, and close jobs

Helping expand our footprint across mid-tier residential and commercial projects

What You Must Have

Min. 3 years of B2B sales experience in construction/trade products

Existing network of builder relationships in Melbourne

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Driven, professional, and self-managing work ethic

Driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
