Risk Management Essentials seeks a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager ready to own and lead our Mydox software sales journey. If you're passionate about workplace safety, love B2B software, and thrive on building a business within a business, this is your opportunity.
About the role
We offer a unique opportunity for a self-driven sales professional to develop and implement a full-scale sales strategy for our Mydox Safety and Compliance software. You'll be responsible for prospecting, pipeline building, sourcing and converting leads, and developing key partnerships across various industries such as construction, trades, manufacturing, and consulting.

Its intuitive interface enables teams to stay organised, meet regulatory requirements, and respond quickly to audits or incidents.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy from the ground up
· Identify, target, and build relationships with new business leads
· Convert leads into customers through consultative, value-driven sales
· Build and manage a pipeline of SMEs and enterprise clients
· Collaborate with the leadership and development teams to align product growth with customer needs
· Attend industry events, demos, and trade shows to promote Mydox
· Report on performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
· Manage outreach and client base through Monday CRM
About You
· Proven experience in B2B sales – SaaS or compliance-related sales preferred
· A strong understanding of WHS/OH&S legislation and/or ISO standards is highly regarded
· You’re a strategic thinker and self-starter who thrives without micro-management
· Excellent team communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid work environment
· You excel in closing deals and growing a customer base from scratch
