· Part time (0.6 FTE), Fixed term 3 years opportunity

About the role
As the CEO of C4EM (Committee for Echuca Moama Inc.), you will work closely with the Board and community to drive regional priorities and foster collaboration across industries. You will be responsible for strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence to achieve C4EM’s mission and vision for a thriving community.
As our CEO, you'll also:
· Lead the implementation of the 2026-2029 Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with community and stakeholder priorities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with members, government, industry, and community leaders.
· Oversee business development, driving revenue and membership growth to secure C4EM’s sustainability.
· Act as the spokesperson and ambassador, representing C4EM in public forums and the media.
· Ensure operational excellence, financial stewardship, and high standards of governance and compliance.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative leader who brings:
Proven experience in executive leadership, ideally in a membership-based, not-for-profit, or regional development context.
A track record of successful stakeholder engagement and advocacy at senior levels.
Strong financial, operational, and governance capabilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
