Contract: Ongoing, Full-Time, 80.0 hours per fortnight with monthly Accrued Day Off.

The position:

Reporting to the Executive Corporate Services /CFO this pivotal role provides leadership and management across key corporate functions including Health Information Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Risk and Compliance and Emergency Management. As a senior member of the executive team, you will work collaboratively with other Deputy Executives and General Managers to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely care for our community, while shaping the systems and structures that support strong organisational performance.

Key Criteria Required:

• Qualification relevant to the role. Eg Risk and Compliance, Business Management, Management/Leadership.
• Minimum three years' experience in a senior management role within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Proven experience in facilitating successful change management to support continuous improvement.
• High level understanding of the principles of clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement processes and ability to apply these in practice.
