Key Responsibilities:
- High-level diary, calendar, and email management with competing priorities
- Preparing board packs, agendas, minutes, and confidential documentation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, board members, and high-profile external clients
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Overseeing office and administrative functions, including supplier and vendor relationships
- CRM and records management, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Managing internal and external events and offsites
- Participating in strategy meetings and tracking key business deliverables
- Supporting project management initiatives with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives, ideally within financial services, banking, insurance, or a professional services environment
- A track record of longevity and loyalty in past roles
- Impeccable communication skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders
- A high level of discretion, judgement, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, high-level priorities
- A professional, warm, and adaptable approach
