This is a full-time role (options for part-time), based in the Perth CBD and available for immediate start.
It is a Administration Level 5 position, with a salary range of $86,298 - $91,616 depending on experience, plus 13% superannuation.
Generous conditions are applicable, in accordance with the UnionsWA Enterprise Agreement 2024.
UnionsWA is the peak union organisation in WA, servicing 28 member unions with 150,000 members.

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of UnionsWA, ensuring efficient office operations, managing resources, and supporting staff. This role involves a mix of administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities to enhance productivity and maintain a well-functioning workplace.
The Role will:
Maintain office systems, supplies, and equipment to ensure a well-organized workspace.
Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document control.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure smooth operations.
Provide administrative support to leadership and staff, including scheduling meetings and managing travel arrangements.
Maintain HR records and support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders and facilitate communication within the organization.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and supporting materials.
Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and meetings.
Oversee office software, databases, and digital filing systems.
Manage IT support requests and coordinate with external tech providers.
Ensure data security and confidentiality protocols are upheld.
Selection Criteria:
Proven experience in office administration or management.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of financial administration and HR processes.
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and online collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
