About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our firm’s day-to-day operations. This is an administrative leadership role where you’ll oversee office systems, workflow, and administrative processes, freeing up our accountants and partners to focus on our clients.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating the team, ensuring deadlines are met, policies are followed, and the office environment is welcoming and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations & Workflow Management

Oversee smooth daily running of the office, facilities, and supplies

Maintain and improve office systems and procedures

Coordinate job flow to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

Support the implementation of firm policies and procedures

Communication & Coordination

Act as the key contact for internal staff and external suppliers

Schedule and facilitate team meetings and training sessions

Assist the partners with general practice management tasks and reporting

Team Support

Foster a positive, productive office culture aligned with our values

Provide general administrative support where needed to keep the team on track

Support onboarding and integration of new team members into our systems

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Previous experience in a similar practice manager, office manager, or senior administrative coordinator role — ideally in an accounting, legal, or professional services environment
✔️ A natural organiser with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication
✔️ Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning practice management systems
