About the role
This is a unique opportunity for an individual who thrives in a multifaceted role. As the Office Manager, you will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, HR onboarding, and general office management. As the HSEQ Manager, you will oversee the implementation and administration of our HSEQ management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, conducting audits, and promoting a culture of safety and quality within the business
What you'll be doing
Oversee all office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate HR onboarding activities, including processing new hires, conducting orientations, and maintaining personnel records.
Monitor and manage multiple inboxes, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to communication.
Handle general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Assist with bookkeeping and financial tasks, including invoicing, payroll, and budgeting.
Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems.
Ensure effective internal communication and assist with project coordination.
Manage the company calendar and ensure projects and deadlines are met.
Support recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in both office management and HSEQ management roles.
Experience in administrating ISO9001, 14001, and 45001 systems.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A qualified bookkeeper with experience in Xero accounting software.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple inboxes efficiently.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
