You’ll work alongside industry professionals and be directly supported by our founder, Pierre Sullivan – a respected electrical engineer and machinery consultant – to deliver tailored solutions that help Australian manufacturers grow smarter, faster, and more sustainably.
Your Impact
Drive Growth: Proactively identify, engage, and win new business opportunities across the manufacturing and production sectors.
Deliver Value: Understand client workflows and challenges, then match them with the right bespoke automation solution.
Champion Partnerships: Build genuine, long-term relationships with decision-makers, from factory managers to board-level executives.
Close with Integrity: Guide clients through complex purchasing decisions with professionalism, care, and a solutions-first mindset.
Inspire Locally, Lead Regionally: Based at our Arndell Park office, you'll drive growth across NSW and Victoria, while collaborating with the wider INNOVYNC team.
Who You Are
You're a connector, a listener, and a strategic thinker. You love the thrill of the hunt but never lose sight of what matters: delivering value. You understand that trust is earned, not assumed. You balance commercial acumen with technical insight and take pride in your professionalism.
Demonstrated success in capital equipment or high-value B2B sales—ideally (but not essentially) with a focus on machinery and tooling for the stone and glass industries.
Deep knowledge of manufacturing environments and production processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Driven, resilient, and goal-oriented
Naturally collaborative, with leadership qualities and team spirit
Growth-minded with a hunger to learn, improve, and make an impact
