An opportunity exists for an experienced Business Development Manager to take ownership of a key growth region, drive strategic sales outcomes, and expand the footprint across commercial and residential market sectors.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong commercial acumen, a proactive mindset, and a track record of building and closing business at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales and business development across the region, managing full-cycle strategic initiatives
• Identify new market sectors, generate leads, and close business for both existing and pipeline-stage offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and partners
• Drive performance against budgeted sales targets and KPIs
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a business development role in the building materials sector with a demonstrated history of success
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
