Project Manager - Commercial Construction / Fit-Out

Our client is a well-established commercial construction specialist renowned for delivering high-end design and construction projects in corporate buildings and workspaces.

They are seeking an experienced and driven project manager with a background in commercial construction and/or fit-out to join their dynamic and growing team.

About the role

In this role, you will manage the delivery and execution of exciting and impactful projects at multiple site locations. This will involve creating and preparing project management plans, delivering project reporting, coordinating design, conducting site measures, site surveys, site coordination, variation estimating, and working with clients.

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in Project Management (Fit Out and/or Construction)

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Project

Someone who is well presented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with high-quality standards

Takes ownership of projects from initiation through to delivery, with a strong sense of accountability

Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and acts quickly to resolve them

Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with Structural or Architectural Steel - An Advantage!
