This is a Project Coordinator role with teeth. You’ll be based on-site from the start, helping drive a $10m architectural build with a full basement and bespoke detailing.

The salary on offer for this role is $110-140k package.

You’ll report to a Site Manager and a Project Manager who know how to get the best out of a team. From site set-up to handover, you’ll be across it, managing RFIs, permits, procurement, dockets, document control, and QA. If you’ve been doing bits and pieces from a desk, this will give you the full picture.

This is a business built on logic and structure. They use Procore, Aconex, Estimate One and Cubit to keep things humming without red tape. You’ll be looped in on consultant liaison, drawing registers, cost tracking and safety packs — and trusted to run your piece professionally.

It’s a collaborative culture that values good decisions over quick ones. You’ll work alongside people who take pride in doing things right and support each other when times are tough.

They’re persistent in getting results, but without the churn and burn. You won’t be flogged to death here. You’ll be backed by a director who’s involved, measured, and believes in letting good people do their thing.

You’ll get a 12-month development plan, three reviews a year, and the option to join their internal leadership program. Regular communication, team events, wellness initiatives, and a shared Saturday roster earn you time to take when you want.

You’ll need a few runs on the board either as a Project Coordinator or a CA in the commercial, apartment, or high-end sector; we aren't looking for trainees.
