Hey guys, I’m Tim Gemetzis, Director of Beach Street Spinal and Pilates, my boutique Allied health clinic in Frankston. Our practice offers services that help our patients improve their body ailments and achieve their best.

I am looking for a part time administrator to join our amazing team to assist us with Maternity leave cover over a 12 month period. This role will be starting mid July.

Over the last seven years, I have focused on putting a team together dedicated to the best quality care for our patients. Over this time, our practice has grown to include Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Floatation therapy. Our team is amazing to work with and has a wide range of skills and happy to collaborate and support any time.

As our work can often be fast paced and pressured, we are looking for someone very specific who shares these ideas. The role requires someone warm and welcoming, professional and balanced, collaborative and independent.

This could be you if:

You like dealing with people

You want to work up to 30 hours work per week over 2-3 days

You ideally have some administrative experience

You want to be part of a dynamic and fantastic team

You pay attention to detail

You have integrity

You can take guidance but have your own initiative
