Remuneration: Physiotherapy businesses are governed by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award. This role will be remunerated commensurate with experience and in consultation with the award.

About the role
We are seeking a part-time receptionist to join our fun and friendly team. We are looking for a friendly and dynamic person who takes a mature approach to their work. You will be the first point of contact for clients both by the phone and in person and will be required to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. This role will also see you assist with additional office administration tasks and be a valued contributor to the development of systems and processes that act to best serve our clients, so that they get the best health outcomes possible.
Role Overview:
Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly, caring and helpful manner.
Answering phones/emails promptly with the ability to prioritise appropriate tasks.
Scheduling appointments and diary management.
Processing of payments and invoices in an efficient manner.
Building an excellent working relationship with our clinicians.
Managing stock levels and client orders.
Carry out general administrative duties including invoicing, debt collection, reporting and auditing.
Ensuring the clinic is kept in a clean and tidy fashion.
Assist with accuracy of patient accounts and debtors.
Organising equipment and certificate audits.
Developing and maintaining relationships with our community GP clinics and sporting clubs.
Important considerations: Our clinic is open from 7.00am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am-1pm Saturday. Ideal availability, start time for this position is 9am and finish between 2.30-5pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This is a part-time position, please only apply if you are available on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Additional hours may be offered in the occasion where another staff member is on annual or personal leave. This is a maternity leave 12-month position with an ideal start date in early August 2025. Ongoing employment opportunities may be considered at the end of tenure.
