We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our fabulous team, working part time 4 days per week, across our clinics.

We are an extremely busy and growing cardiology group, with 15 consulting doctors as well as a range of diagnostic services across 9 locations.

Working on our front reception involves managing competing demands so the ability to work under pressure, problem solve, multi-task and resilience is essential. Therefore experience in a medical setting working in a busy clinic is a must for candidates.

We are looking for a person who also has good interpersonal skills, a polite phone manner, professionalism, is a good team member and colleague, keen to learn and has a positive and enthusiastic attitude!

Most days will be worked at our Frankston clinic as that is our main rooms, then occasionally you will be required to work at our clinics in Mornington, Safety Beach and Highett. Therefore ability to travel to these sites is a must.

Our clinics are open 9am-5pm, however the shifts may start from 8:30am and finish as late as 6pm occasionally to allow for additional/urgent patients or late finishes.
