We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-obsessed Administration Lead to drive and elevate our administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone ready to supervise a capable admin team and be the operational glue between our patients, clinicians, and leadership group.

What you’ll do
- Manage incoming calls, emails, patient referrals and other correspondence, deftly directing enquiries like a pro.
- Supervise our admin team, coordinating workflows, sharing knowledge, managing procedures and keeping the wheels turning smoothly.
- Reporting to the HR Manager, coordinate team priorities and project tasks, with a focus on improving processes and delivering great outcomes.
- Engage with senior leaders, providing updates, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to business-wide initiatives.

About you
- You've got a solid background in administration and some experience leading or mentoring others—officially or unofficially.
- You possess Intermediate skills with MS office applications including Excel, Outlook and SharePoint. Previous exposure to MS Dynamics would be advantageous.
- Your time management and attention to detail are second to none.
- You communicate like a pro—with empathy, confidence, and professionalism.
- You’re a natural at juggling competing demands, staying calm under pressure, and bringing the best out in others.
- Previous experience working in healthcare or insurance would be advantageous

Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation’s provides prescription of therapeutic exercise based-programs for individuals afflicted with injury or illness, principally under a compensable-injury policy, principally across Workers’ Compensation, Life Insurance/Income Protection and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) / Compulsory Third Party (CTP) schemes.
