Position
As the firm continues to grow, we’re looking for a Client Services Administrator to join the team and help drive smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with Directors, Managers, and the broader team, supporting both clients and internal systems to keep everything on track. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys improving processes, and wants to be part of a close-knit, forward-thinking team.
- Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and responsive experience
- Support Directors and Managers with workflow, documentation, and day-to-day admin
- Help onboard and mentor junior administrators, building capability within the team
- Identify ways to streamline systems and enhance internal processes
- Keep track of team resourcing and workflow to maintain efficiency
- Manage ASIC and ATO lodgements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Stay on top of incoming correspondence and prioritise tasks effectively
Candidate
*To be considered, you’ll need admin or client services experience in a public practice accounting or professional services firm and the below qualities:
- Great communication skills and a strong client focus
- A proactive, team-first attitude and a love of structure and clarity
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools (Xero Practice Manager and CAS360 are a plus)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- An eye for detail and a drive to improve the way things are done
