Comfort Keepers are seeking an experienced and committed Office Administrator to provide high quality, professional and efficient administrative support to our team. You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our office operations.
About the role
You will be managing our front desk whilst also carrying out various administrative duties including:
Providing high-level administrative support to the broader team
Taking and distributing minutes for various team meetings
Handling front desk reception duties including managing incoming calls
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
Maintain and order all office supplies, performing regular stock takes to ensure the smooth running of the office
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
Processing all client purchase orders
Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical
Assisting data entry, document preparation and other general office duties
Supporting special projects and events as required
Your skills and experience
At least 2 years of experience in an office administration role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to show initiative to grow and develop in the role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Great team player
