We’re growing fast, and we need a detail-driven Sales Admin Coordinator to help manage the backend of our customer success pipeline.

About the Role

This role is central to the client onboarding journey. You’ll be responsible for the administrative and communication touchpoints between our clients and third-party partners such as finance brokers, tax agents, and our internal build and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding new clients onto our Monday.com project management system.

Coordinating professional introductions between clients, tax agents, and finance brokers.

Managing communications between clients, brokers, and the internal operations/build team.

Ensuring all client files are kept updated and progress milestones tracked.

Supporting the documentation and management of PPA agreements, build contracts, and land contracts.

Guiding clients through the process of becoming “market ready” from onboarding through to handover or the operational team.

Ensuring no task or deadline slips through the cracks with high-volume client workflows.
