Open Electrical is a fast-growing, family-owned solar and battery installation company servicing South East Queensland. We pride ourselves on being hands-on electricians—not just salespeople. We're now looking for a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our team and help us take things to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Act as the first point of contact for warm inbound leads via phone, web, chatbot, and email

Qualify, organise, and follow up on leads using our custom-built CRM and AI tools

Work closely with electricians and our sales team to ensure a smooth handover and help close deals

Manage customer communications, scheduling, and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships

Assist with basic quoting and documentation preparation

Occasionally attend job sites to better understand our products and services (optional but encouraged)

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. Great English Skills

Highly organised, able to multitask, and comfortable working with digital tools

Interest in renewable energy and willingness to learn the industry inside and out

Experience in administration, customer service, or sales is highly regarded but not essential

Reliability and a proactive, can-do attitude,

This is a work from home position
