About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at SMS Security as a Security Sales Consultant. This full-time position based in Perth, WA offers the opportunity to play a key role in the company's growth strategy. As a Security Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for actively promoting SMS Security's comprehensive range of security solutions to potential clients, building long-lasting relationships and driving new business.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory

Consult with clients to understand their specific security requirements and recommend tailored solutions

Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring they meet the client's needs and align with SMS Security's offerings

Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business

Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and new security technologies

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the security or related industry

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients

Negotiation and contract management expertise

Familiarity with security systems, technologies and industry regulations ( Not a must, However advantages)

Self-motivated with a driven and competitive sales mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience ( We Can assist with this)
