We’re now on the lookout for a Sales Administrator who’s equal parts organised, capable, and customer-focused. If you love the buzz of a fast-paced environment, get a kick out of helping people, and enjoy bringing calm to chaos-this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

This hybrid front-of-house and admin role is all about keeping our sales operations sharp and our customer service seamless:

Be the voice and face of E2O – manage our shared sales inbox, answer enquiries, and greet walk-in customers.

Support our sales team – prepare quotes, source product info, track orders, and keep the CRM humming.

Keep things moving – liaise with our stock and dispatch teams to track deliveries and keep clients in the loop.

Drive better service – follow up with clients, resolve minor issues, and make every experience a great one.

Keep it all on track – be all over your sales invoicing, communicate with Operations & the Tech team, assist with meeting targets and budgets using Odoo & Microsoft 365 platforms.

What You’ll Bring

Strong admin skills and confidence with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Experience in a customer-facing role – office reception, retail, sales admin, or technical services

Excellent written and verbal communication

Great time management and attention to detail

Ability to juggle priorities with energy for the role

Familiarity with a CRM/Sales platform like Odoo is a bonus
