Our friendly and approachable Licencee/Director aka “Mr Belmont” is a multi-award winning Sales Representative with high volume of listings requiring assistance in sale-to-settlement stage of the process.
A great opportunity into the real estate industry under mentorship of WA's Top Ten Sales Reps. Our tight knit team of 12 staff include Property Management and Admin departments and operate from office located across from Belmont Forum Shopping Centre.

The role
Doing Reception and Sales Admin and ensuring smooth Buyer experience during sale to settlement stage. This includes:
drafting Offer & Acceptance contracts
sending via Docusign for partie's signatures
fielding Buyer Enquiries about Listings
databasing new contacts into CRM
Using CRM to match existing Potential Buyers to Listings & reaching out to them via email or phone
providing Buyer support during the period from Sale to Settlement
liasing with Buyers about all things to ensure the sale is tracking in line with contract dates
ensure all things required are completed to satisfy any Contractual Special Conditions
arrange and attend key Sales in Progress events inc Building & Pest Inspections, valuations, Final Inspections & repairs for good working order.
update CRM & hard copy files with status of these key events/dates
co-ordinate access to properties for 3rd party contractors ie. valuers & inspectors
field regular phone calls from Buyers with general queries
working closely with the Licencee/Sales Rep and providing regular updates regarding Sales in Progress tracking
working with his Personal Assistant on tasks that have overlaying staff contribution
The successful candidate should possess:
excellent verbal communication skills particularly on phone
ability to learn “on the run” and evolve professionally
enjoys social interactions & conversing on phone
focus on customer service experience and brand reputation
can interact with variety of demographic of people
lives locally or SOR
is keen with stamina for high volume sales
good time management and organisational skills
prioritise tasks appropriately
trustworthy & work without supervision
high personal grooming and professional attire / appearance
has valid drivers licence
has reliable work attendance record
seeks career stability from a long term employer
commitment to carrying out each sale to finalisation (settlement) date
is open to constructive feedback & willing to follow direction
