As the Sales Consultant/ Estimator, you will serve as the driving force propelling the sales efforts of Perth City Air, directly shaping our growth trajectory. This pivotal role allows you to influence our expansion goals and also offers you the chance to optimise your earning potential through an attractive salary plus commission package.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a proven sales and estimating background, preferably in residential air conditioning. You will have the support of a collaborative team, including the business owners, administration team, and supervisors, while also enjoying the autonomy to lead sales initiatives from beginning to end.

Ideally, we would like to see the Sales Consultant/ Estimator settled in by Mid-July.

What you will do as our Sales Consultant/ Estimator:

Lead Perth City Air’s sales efforts, conducting site visits and meeting with clients to understand their needs.

Utilise your proficiency in estimating software to provide accurate and competitive quotes.

Collaborate closely with the install department team, attending meetings to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:

You have at least 2 years’ experience in designing and estimating residential air conditioning systems (or working in a similar industry in a sales and estimating role).

Keen attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.

Proficient in software for designing and estimating air conditioning systems.

You thrive in a dynamic environment, motivated to contribute to ambitious growth plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Enjoy working collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
