Sirius Health is seeking a part time medical receptionist for an immediate start.

We are seeking passionate candidates with

- exceptional communication and customer service skills

- high level computer skills

- ability to work within a fast paced multidisciplinary team

- good language skills and able to speak Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

You will be responsible for

- greeting patients on arrival to the practice

- managing doctors' appointment bookings

- assist with general administrative work

- liaise and assist medical professionals and patients

- process patients invoice and payments

- general cleaning and tidying of the practice
