About the Role

As our Business Development Officer, you will take the lead in promoting our services to prospective and existing clients. You’ll be the driving force behind our growth strategy—generating leads, nurturing relationships, and representing our brand with energy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in our favoured sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Promote our full suite of HR services, including on-hired staffing, permanent placements, and advisory solutions.

Develop marketing campaigns and manage advertising initiatives.

Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

About You

You’re confident, personable, and motivated by results.

You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar business development or sales role

You have a solid understanding of marketing principles, along with general knowledge of:

Human resources and recruitment

Industrial relations and employment legislation

Superannuation, taxation, and workers compensation issues
