We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Accounts Graduate to join a supportive team, gaining hands-on experience across accounts payable, receivable, and more - all in a collaborative environment that fosters growth and learning.

Your role will include:

Assisting with the AP function including scanning and checking invoices

Following up outstanding accounts and supporting debtor management

Helping with billings for ongoing projects and scheduled maintenance

Assisting with supplier and bank reconciliations

Updating financial transactions in ERP software

Supporting cash flow analysis and reporting activities

Pitching in with general finance admin and team support where needed

To be successful, you will:

Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or similar

Be comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Word. AI

Be a curious and committed learner with a passion for finance and data

Communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders

Thrive in a team that values collaboration, flexibility and initiative
