Support the finance and operations teams by assisting with accounts payable and receivable and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.

This company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Support Officer to join their team. In this varied role, you'll work across multiple facets of the business, supporting accounting functions while also assisting with customer service and administrative tasks. The Position
Reporting to the Office Manager, your duties will include:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations
- Support month-end reporting and basic financial data entry
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier records in the ERP system
- Liaise with customers to resolve billing queries and provide excellent service
- Coordinate with internal teams to track orders, deliveries, and service schedules
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and operations teams
The Candidate
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Previous experience in an accounting support, finance admin, or similar all-rounder role
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., MYOB, Xero, SAP, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
