We’re excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a graduate or early-career Accounts Officer to join our Accounts Team. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to build on their studies or existing admin experience, while gaining real-world skills in a welcoming, supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing: Don’t worry — full training is provided! You’ll gradually take on responsibilities such as:

• Assisting with accounts receivable tasks, including monitoring payments and helping with credit control.
• Following up on outstanding invoices in a friendly, professional manner.
• Helping process financial transactions (invoices, payments, reconciliations).
• Supporting accounts payable by processing supplier invoices and doing basic reconciliations.
• Responding to customer queries and assisting in resolving billing issues.
• Collaborating with internal teams and building great relationships with clients.
• Assisting payroll processing tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Helping the Accounts Manager with reporting, data entry, and general admin.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent accounting graduate or someone with basic experience in accounts, admin, or customer service.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A team-first attitude with a proactive, can-do mindset.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (experience with Xero is a bonus, but not required).
