As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate and driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our continued growth.
Position Overview:
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for generating sales leads, responding to inquiries, and ensuring top-notch service for our portable toilet offerings. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is customer-focused, and has a passion for providing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email.
Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and service details based on customer requirements.
Coordinate delivery, setup, maintenance, and pickup schedules with the operations team.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in portable toilets, event services, or sanitation is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
A valid driver’s license (preferred as there is no public transport nearby).
