Pipe Couplings (A/Asia) Pty Ltd was established in 1972 and is one of Australias Leading manufacturers of Poly Pipe and Fittings. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Smithfield, NSW.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supporting our customers through effective sales and order processing of our range of poly pipe and fittings.

Key responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email and online platforms

Provide product information, offer sales guidance and recommendations to customers

Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service to major customers;

Supports sales team with sales, quotes, administration, and general enquiries;

Prepare quotes for current and new customers showcasing our range of products to the plumbing, energy, mining, construction and reseller networks;

Maintain pricing and client database

What we're looking for

Proven experience in an internal sales, customer service or account management role in the poly pipe and pipe fittings industry a must.

Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide technical sales support

A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and strong attention to Detail:

A self starter who demonstrates a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.

Effective Organisational Abilities: Possesses strong organisational skills, adept at prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.

Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to group dynamics and achieving collective goals.

Proficient in Computer Operations: Exhibits advanced proficiency in utilising the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM & inventory programs or similar programs to accomplish tasks efficiently.
