Plumboss is Australia’s leading innovative plumbing tool manufacturer, a small but rapidly growing family-owned Aussie Business for over 30 years. We are looking for an Internal Sales Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for a candidate that is available 5 days a week onsite at Seven Hills Sydney.

What the role involves:

Collaborates with other team members to ensure that all quotes, sales orders are promptly processed.

Answering inbound phone calls and emails promptly.

Making warm outbound calls to existing customers to generate sales and following up on previous enquiries or quotes.

Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Accurately processing and keying in sales orders and quotes

Maintain and expand the database of prospects.

What you'll need to succeed:

Customer service and sales experience

A friendly phone manner and good communicator

Computer and administrative skills

Excellent communication skills

Fluent English

Ability to manage time well and stay focused.

A high motivation to meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s.

Ability to establish and develop a relationship with your customers.

An ability to think on your feet with excellent attention to detail.
