Position Available:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service & Sales Representative at our Bayswater Home Office. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will primarily be responsible for carrying out general customer contact and sales assistance.

About the Role

In this full-time role (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM M-F) after a 6 months probation period. You’ll be the first contact for many of our customers and end users. You will assist the sales team and assist with general inquiries, schedule fittings, and share your experience finding vehicle accessories to complete customers vehicle builds.

Job responsibilities -

If successful in your application, your work will involve;

• Engaging with customers and end users through telephone and digital communications.

• Demonstrating Brown Davis & BD Offroad product features and capabilities

• Processing sales inquiries and requests

• E-commerce sales and support

• Building lasting relationships with clients

• Delivering First-Class Customer Service

Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate the following

• Experience in 4WD accessory sales or a similar automotive/trade environment

• Strong knowledge of 4WD vehicles, accessories, and touring setups with a passion for the industry

• Is customer focused and enjoy dealing with people

• Experience and confidence on phone and in email communications - customer service is essential

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment

• Able to pass Police clearance
