About the role:

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative based in our Braeside office. As a Customer Service Representative at F&R Logistics, you will be tasked with providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This role includes managing inbound customer queries and requests via phone and email to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email

• Process freight bookings and coordinate with carriers and warehouse staff

• Track deliveries and proactively update clients on shipment status

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively

• Maintain accurate records and data entry in our systems

• Develop and nurture positive relationships with both customers and partners

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in freight, logistics, or transport

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience with freight management systems (desirable but not essential)

• A proactive attitude and team-oriented approach
