Our Client is a leading wholesale supplier specializing in Licensed Souvenirs, and Custom Promotional products. With a commitment to quality and innovation they cater to a range of clients around Australia, offering a vast selection of unique and customizable items. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team in the corporate merchandising arm of the business.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. This position involves a combination of account management, client visits, and proactive sales initiatives. If you are a passionate, customer-focused individual with a flair for sales and an interest in providing your clients with solutions rather than just ‘selling off the shelf’, we invite you to apply.
Your role:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
- Visiting current, lapsed and prospective clients to discuss needs & solutions
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Regular and positive contact with your clients.
- Actively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Follow up all opportunities and quotes
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth.
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns and sales materials.
The Candidate:
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise as well as work to deadlines – you love achieving results.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role – you enjoy sales
- Able to work in a busy focused team – you enjoy working with a team
- Knowledge of B2B sales support – you want to help your clients grow
- An inquisitive mind – you ask questions to provide better service
- Team-focused with a strong can-do attitude – You provide your customers with excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suites.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Will need to have a car and current drivers licence.
