About the role

Join the dynamic team at Allboard Distributors as a Trade Sales / Customer Service professional. In this full-time position based in Hallam, VIC 3803, you will play a crucial role in sales, for our cabinet making, building and trade customers. Leveraging your expertise, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and display efficient data entry skills.

What you'll be doing

Assisting trade customers with product inquiries and orders

Accurately processing orders and maintaining detailed customer records

Updating inventory data and stock levels in the company's systems

Liaising with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of required materials

Providing administrative support to the wider sales and operations teams

Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales and data management processes

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a trade sales or data entry role, preferably within the trade or cabinet making industry

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with trade customers

Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy

Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Excel and order management systems

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to process improvements

A passion for the trades and services industry
